Hi, we've purchased the software now and upgraged to 2.90 but have some printer problems. We emailed support a few days ago but did not receive a response.
I've tried this on 2 separate pc's with the same result.

Basically we have a receipt printer which works fine with the invoice style set as 'receipt', but *only* if we set the windows default printer as the receipt printer (which is inconvenient because it nterferes with other programs).
If we have the default windows printer set as our main A4 printer and change the printer settings within the Imagic software on the invoice screen manually to the receipt printer it will print one invoice and then changes back again to the windows default printer immediately (so we have to go into the printer setup every time we print an invoice).

If we have our default windows printer set to the receipt printer the invoices work fine (apart from the inconvenience of this for other software) but when we go to print a report and change the printer setup within the Imagic software to our A4 printer the format is garbled. The only way to print a readable report to our A4 printer is to set the windows default printer as the A4 printer.

I also noticed that if you click 'File' > 'Page setup' from the tabs at the top of the main screen and change the printer this has no effect on anything. You can prove this by changing it and then after applying if you go immediately back into 'File' > 'Page Setup' it has changed back again to the windows default printer.

Has anyone come up with a workaround for this, or is it a known problem ?
