Hi-

We just began testing your software to replace our current reservation software. I must say that yours is infinitely better already. I do have a couple questions though-

For our restaurant, we use quite a few different layouts depending on the reservations we have available, with the same table numbers we use in other configurations. Is there a way to set up multiple layouts?

We are also a dinner-only restaurant. Is it possible to 'turn off' breakfast and lunch altogether?

I see on the product page a screenshot that looks like a list of all available tables. How do we access that?

Finally, could we get a graphical representation of the layout, with all of the reservations for that table listed underneath? For example, it may say:

Table 25
2 @ 5:00 PM - Lastname
4 @ 7:00 PM - Othername
3 @ 9:30 PM - Thirdname

Just so at the beginning of the night we can have one copy to give to the kitchen - who doesn't have a computer.

Thanks!

Hi David,

Thanks for the positive comments! We've been working hard on it, but it's been good.

Yes you can create different table layouts by using the Table Block feature (Configure/Table Blocks). This allows you to create groups of tables and then assign which block is currently in use. So in your case you'd assign a layout to a given Table Block.

You can hide the breakfast/lunch options from Configure/Settings and then checking the "Hide Breakfast/Brunch on new reservations".

The Available Tables screen pops up when you click the Check Availability on new reservations. This then shows which tables are available for the given time period.

If you go to the View Reservations screen you should be able to select the reservations for the day. These can then either be exported to Excel (File/Export Displayed Reservations) or printed from File/Print Displayed Reservations.

I hope that helps!

Regards, Jon
