Hello, I've just joined your group after seeing the program and currently trying out the free download. It seems very well facilitated, but there are some things I would like to know.
I have been experimenting with imaginary tour dates but have found that once there is a listing in the Reservations screen and, say, I was going to cancel the tour, then there appears no way to delete the entry.
Re: Booking confirmation including printed copy. It would be nice if there was some way of inserting a reference or ticket number so that there was a common thread through the booking right up to passengers boarding the coach other than surname (which isn't always reliable). This would also obviate any problems where a ticket is bought as a present for a third party, for example!
When a copy of the program is purchased, does it come on a cd? I tend to run my work programs on more secure stand-alone computers with no internet access.

Hello Ian,

We should be working on an update later this week, so I will see how many of your suggestions I can get put in. Thanks so much for taking the time.

But yes a CD is sent after purchase. However updates need to be downloaded, so you'd need to find a way of transferring the update files to the PC with iMagic Tour installed.

I'll sometimes post updates here, but you can check for updates by selecting Help/Check Web for Updates from within the application.

You can also click on the "What's New" link on the homepage:

Thats a very good suggestion for a ticket number, Ive been playing with the software ever since we bought it and testing reservation/ticket numbers in the other fields to see how they come out in the manifest.

By the way if you plan on buying, the software is great for the money plus Jon is great customer service!
