EXE seems to be gone

Hi,
I have installed iMI-v528. After the update the program is closing automatically. EXE seems to be gone, checked folder cannot see it.
So I have reinstalled the update and EXE was installed and after few minutes I am getting this message.

Please help ASAP. We cannot do anything, business has stop for us. EXE gone again.

Hi Sebi,

Thanks for the question on installing iMagic Inventory.

Which version of Windows are you using?

I would suggest going through the Start menu and finding the iMagic Inventory shortcut there. If you've done that already, then you could try opening the installation folder directly in Windows, by default it is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iMagic Inventory

You should see the iMInventory.exe which you can double-click to launch. This would be the same as finding the shortcut in the Start menu. If the file isn't there then I'd suggest reinstalling. If again it is has been removed then I'd suggest checking your anti-virus settings. It could be that it's being overly zealous.

Hi John

The file iMInventory.exe was there, but it disapperared after a few seconds.
I had the folder open during the installation of the update.

Okay, something on your PC is removing the file. What anti-virus are you using?
