Hi, one of our users had to have their computer profile cleared and it appears their settings were affected. We have attempted to reconfigure these settings so that gratuity is disabled and the deposit field does not populate but these settings are not applied even though I have verified that they are saved correctly. We also noticed that the receipt template appears to be different and we were wondering if there is a way to copy this from another user. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Dylan,
Thanks for the question on iMagic Hotel.
Yes, the Receipt Template File used can be copied from another PC, it's called BookingReceipt.rtf and by default, it's located in the folder:
Documents\iMagic Hotel Reservation\Templates
To set the Gratuity to 0, select Configure > Settings and set the 'Gratuity Percentage' to 0. If the Gratuity is never used for bookings and you don't want to show it at all then you can hide it via Configure > Advanced > Booking Fields and uncheck the 'Gratuity' field.
To use or not use the Deposit Payment select, Configure > Advanced > Payments and Deposits and change the 'Show Deposit field on reservation screen'. You can also toggle off multiple payments if you only want to receive a single payment on a the booking.
