Hi Sir John,
Lastly, there is no HOTEL LOGO when I opened the booking receipt and the booking confirmation. What will I do Sir?

Hi Hanzel,
You can modify the booking confirmation, guest receipt, etc. by modifying the Template Files. Each printable option has an associated Template File that is used when printing. Whatever is included in the Template File will be included when you print. You can modify the Template Files yourself, they are by default installed into the folder:
Documents\iMagic Hotel Reservation\Templates
