Hi Mr. John,

(note to forum readers, screenshot was showing a type mistmatch error as frmMain RefreshNewInvoiceItemsList line 3875, error number 13 Type mismatch)

Hi Hanzel,

Thanks for the post and error report.

I believe I have found the issue. It looks like an issue with your configuration in Windows on that PC. You have the number decimal separator set to a comma "," whereas on the currency decimal separator you have set to a full stop ".". Windows is trying to convert between the two and failing.

You would want the 'Decimal symbol' and 'digit group symbol' to be the same as the 'currency' and 'number'. To set this on Windows 10:
1) Click in the search box in the task bar and type 'region'. Under settings click region. It should open the Region window.
2) Click on 'Additional settings...', it should open the Customize Format window.
3) On the Numbers tab change the Decimal symbol to '.' and the 'digit grouping symbol' to ','.
4) Click on the 'Currency' tab.
5) Change the Decimal symbol to '.' and the 'digit grouping symbol' to ','.
6) Click OK to save.
7) Restart iMagic Hotel if it is currently open.

This should resolve the issue and enable you to launch iMagic Hotel, but if you have any issues please let me know the exact error message and I can advise.
