Our latest regular update to iMagic Inventory Software is now available. This is the April 2017 release, which is part of our regular updates for existing users.

We've had several requests to update the interface for different devices (tablets, low res monitors, HD monitors, etc). In response, we've added in several new options that allow you to customize the interface. You can now do things like make the toolbar tiny, remove main header views, instruction text on main views, showing current view on the title bar, etc. The new options can be found under the menu Configure > Interface.

We've also adjusted the font size for the New Invoice screen in those changes, this should make more items available to view on smaller resolution devices, but still be able to 'scale' up for newer HD monitors.

The support for different currencies has been improved, we've also added in an alert for certain specific currencies that don't 'play nice'.

Various bugs have been fixed from exports, display and a crash on the SQL Server Edition.

We've also made changes to the Cloud Edition based on feedback (details on that are in a separate post).

To download this update select 'Help > Check Web for Updates' from within iMagic Inventory.

To request a new feature, please contact support. We also offer a 'custom update' service for business users who require specific features or changes on a schedule; these do not affect the regular updates so you'll still be able to receive all the other updates if you have a custom update.
