Hi, I did an edit of the receipt template (using open office program) and saved it as an RTF file. now when I try to print a receipt I get a general input/output error. how can I fix this?

Hi Sam,

Thanks for the post.

There shouldn't be any specific issue with doing that. Indeed if you want to edit the Template Files that is one method of doing it. From the error it sounds like the file type might have become confused, do you want to email it over and I'll take a look?
