Is it possible to have the in-house report include contact numbers in case of emergency?

I've tried to do a support software renewal but it says contact 'Support'.
How much is the software renewal and do you have updates more frequently than the 16 months between the last two updates 6.17 (April 2021) and 6.18 (August 2022)?

If you don't have the autorenewal on your account, I need to create a renewal link for you manually. Unfortunately, I can't post the links here as it's a public forum, and it creates all sorts of security issues.
A current support/update license includes one year of updates and one year of support. Updates include the latest version, support, new features, bug fixes, security updates, Windows updates and database fixes. Discounts are available when you keep your license active.
The frequency of updates depends on the number of requests we have for new features, the complexity of the updates and the Windows and security issues reported in that period.
