How can I archive or hide inactive customers?

Hi Darlene,

Thanks for the question of managing invoiced customers.

You can mark a Customer as archived by setting the inactive option against the customer. So if that option isn't showing in the Customer details:
1) Select Configure > Customer Fields.
2) Scroll down the field list and check the 'Inactive' option and click OK.

If you then edit a customer, you should see the 'Mark User as Inactive' option. If you check that and save, the customer will be hidden from most views.
