When a guest checked-in expires and he/she decides to extend the stay, how can this be handled in iMagic Hotel?

Hi Mbaegbu,

To extend the stay you would edit the booking, then change the dates for the extended stay. You can then optionally change the rooms as required. If the manager wants to keep a record of the rooms, then they may also choose to create a new second booking. This would enable them to record the room change for reporting, they can copy the existing Guest information by using the 'Search Guest' option on 'Step 3 - Customer'.
