When working in a reorder and you are searching for items to add to the ticket, is there anyway to have different search options? Right now it will only let you search by Bar Code or Item Number. We don't use the bar code feature and the Item Number has to be the exact item number. It makes it difficult to find items and can result in the addition of duplicate items being entered. |

Hi Christopher(?),
To confirm we are in the same place... You're in Vendors > Your Reorders. New Reorder. Add Item. It has the title 'Reorder Item Details'.
We can add an option of a fuzzy search on the Item Number. Are you wanting to search in other fields as well, if so which ones?
I don't know if it's possible in your case but you may want to consider a barcode scanner. That would allow you to have a master list of items which can save time. You could even print out a booklet of items, then scan the item if it isn't to hand. You can find some example scanners on our website:

Thank you. Scanners are not an option for us. A fuzzy search for both item number and item name would be perfect and so much more efficient. Can this be done? If so, what would be the time-frame?
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply.
We can put this through as a custom update for you, in that case, we can provide a cost and schedule. If you want to go ahead please drop me a message via email and I can organize the details for you. I think you've got my email but if not it's on the support page here:
