Hello we have paid for the full version and now we are locked out. The link we were sent I guess was the wrong version - trial instead of full.
Could the full version be sent to us.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the post.
I have replied to your email. Essentially you'll need to 'Activate' the new version with your email+pin, until you do so it will open as a 'Trial'. In the email, I have listed out the steps to download/install the latest iMagic Hotel Reservation and how to Activate for your hotel.
