Easy Way to Purge Item Data?

We've been experimenting with configurations and have setup the basic framework (locations and other items).

Now I need to purge the test Items and invoices from the database and "reset" for a fresh import.

Is there an easy way to do this and not lose my configurations?

You'd want to delete the Invoices from the system first. Then go to the Inventory screen and select all items and press Delete. I think that would do what you are wanting.
